I have received an urgent email today from our customer in USA and they are now telling me that they now can only accept delivery of the material in December 2015 as January 2016 is too late.
To me this is not realistic so I really need you to tell me if it is possible or not so we can tell the customer the truth.
If you can not delivery by end of December we have to tell them this as it would only create more problems for us all.
Please can you advise by return so we can take the action required before this gets too late.
