We've run the originally supplied sample along with the resample and are getting results closer to specification but with poor duplication. I've noticed previously that the sample precipitates when being diluted to volume, however, this doesn't seem to have caused an issue in the past. The supplied method doesn't state whether the assay result is calculated externally against a standard, or whether the result is based on % normalisation. Would you be able to check this with the manufacturer? Previously we've calculated externally, however, with the sample precipitation, it would make more sense that it's been performed as %normalisation. |
